While we do encourage our patients to utilize our patient portal. We understand your concerns and have developed this FAQ which we believe will help ease you into the use of a patient portal.
Am I required to use the patient portal?
No! You will never be forced to use the patient portal. But please read the information below before you make your decision as the benefits and ease of use may surprise you!
Is it Hard to Use?
No! While it may seem intimidating or complicated, it is actually quite easy to use. There are two ways to access the portal; an app on your smart phone and the desktop version. Both are quite user friendly and interchangeable. It is really up to your personal preference. Both can be accessed by visiting www.gobreeze.com

as they have more resources available to assist you. You can also access the help desk within the app and the website. We do encourage you to utilize these resources before giving up.
Most patients find that the portal is far easier and more convenient than the in-office check in process which requires filling out paperwork or utilizing the practice's check in iPad kiosk.
Is it Safe?
Will using the portal negatively affect my patient experience or my time and relationship with my healthcare provider?
